Linko Vectis is a UK-based technology company that designs and builds custom SaaS applications and makes its own SaaS products, starting with Valacia. Valacia gives a small or medium-sized business one fully managed platform for its websites, customer relationship management (CRM) system, bookings and payments. Everything Linko Vectis makes is built in house and runs on Google Cloud.

Valacia is managed by the team that created it. The same is true of a bespoke application on our Managed Service: a problem comes directly to us, so we can investigate the cause and put it right.
One of our directors designed our IT infrastructure after several years in enterprise IT, progressing to third-line support. That experience informs the way we manage our devices, control access and approach difficult technical problems.
Every system we rely on lives in the cloud. Our own laptops and phones are centrally managed, and every sign-in needs a second check.

An Agreed Scope And Fixed Price
For a bespoke application, the written Quotation sets the scope and fixed price. Chargeable work begins only after you accept it. General terms, clauses 3.3 and 3.4.
Ownership Stays With You
Your application is built in your company's Google Cloud project. Once paid for in full, its files, code and configuration belong to you. On Valacia, your domain remains registered in your name, and the words and photographs you add are yours.
Google Bills You Directly
For a bespoke application, your company pays Google Cloud on its own billing account at Google's prices. We add no margin to that bill. General terms, clause 4.5.
A Clear Route To Leave
You can cancel a monthly Valacia plan without a cancellation fee. If our Managed Service ends, we hand over the code, configuration and documentation. Your application keeps running in your own project.

Valacia's product page explains what it includes and what it does not do. A bespoke application's boundaries are agreed in its written scope.

What Does Linko Vectis Make?
We make Valacia and design bespoke SaaS applications for businesses. A bespoke application can serve your staff, your customers or both. It is built in your own Google Cloud project, with our Managed Service available after launch. Valacia combines a website and CRM, with bookings and payments on Business.
Is Valacia A Separate Company?
No. Valacia is a product of Linko Vectis Ltd, built and managed by us. Other businesses or products using the name Valacia are not connected with us.
How Can I Check The Company Details?
Look up company 17200208 on Companies House and registration ZC153121 on the Information Commissioner's register. You can also search for our two registered trade marks by name on GOV.UK.
Where Do You Work?
We work online across the UK. Our prices and service are the same wherever your business is based in the UK.
Can I Speak To Someone By Phone?
We do not publish a telephone number. Use the contact form or email connect@linkovectis.com; a person replies within one working day. If you would prefer a call, include your number in your message.
Do You Manage IT For Other Companies?
No. We manage our own devices, accounts and internal systems. Linko Vectis Digital IT explains those controls; it is not a managed IT service for other businesses.
