The website starts with the kind of business you run. That choice shapes the setup questions, available pages and tools in Valacia Studio.
Restaurants, hotels and other businesses are included in the initial release. Aviation and showroom versions follow after launch.
Change photographs, prices and opening hours when your business changes. Optional pages can be switched on or off without laying out the website yourself.
A form submission is emailed to your chosen address and saved against the customer in the CRM, together with its originating page. Notes and follow-ups keep the conversation in context.
Business includes online booking, branded invoices, card payments, a supported till connection and marketing email to customers who have agreed to receive it. Two Site Seats are included per website.
Valacia Studio is the place to change content, review enquiries and manage the features in your plan. Use a phone, tablet or computer; the same sign-in covers all your websites.
A home page, contact page and privacy policy are always included. A hotel can add weddings and functions; a restaurant can add private hire; a takeaway can explain phone orders and delivery areas.
Add an About page, gallery, business story, frequently asked questions or accessibility information where they are useful. A customer-facing location can have directions, while a business that travels can show its service area.

Each business has its own access and data boundaries. Google Cloud security services handle sign-in and access checks. We monitor for problems; no system can be described as perfectly secure.
We manage hosting, security patches, backups and availability monitoring. A global content delivery network serves website pages to visitors. Planned work that could interrupt service is scheduled between midnight and 8am UK time, with notice beforehand.

Annual billing provides twelve months for the price of eleven. Payment starts when you choose a plan, and every published figure is the total payable.
Each plan has a monthly page-view allowance. A website that uses it remains online, including enquiries and bookings, while photographs are shown at a lower resolution. Usage is visible in Valacia Studio.
Any change to the price of an active subscription is notified at least thirty days ahead by email, and you can cancel before it takes effect at no charge; there is one published price list for everyone.
Valacia supports websites, customer management, bookings and payments. It does not replace accounting software, provide an online shop checkout or synchronise other booking websites.
Messages are sent by email, with no text-message service or visitor analytics dashboard. Accounting and supplier systems do not have a data connection to Valacia.
The website remains on the Valacia platform and cannot be transferred to another provider. You can download the customer information and bookings as CSV files.
Google publishes commitments for many underlying services. They are not a Valacia service level agreement, and Valacia has no uptime guarantee of its own.
If your business needs its own workflows rather than a shared product, we also design bespoke SaaS applications in a Google Cloud project your company owns.
Yes. Each website has its own plan and renewal date, while Valacia Studio provides one sign-in for all of them. Its pages and tools change to match the website selected.
On Business, customers can pay a booking deposit, a full booking amount or an invoice. Money reaches your own payment account. A standard UK card payment costs 2.5% + 20p, including processing, with no booking commission.

Customer information and bookings can be downloaded as CSV files. We do not sell, rent or share it for another organisation’s marketing.
