The Same Starting Model
These answers feed the model we use at the start of a written Quotation. Identical answers produce an identical range, so you can explore the likely budget before contacting us.
Give your application a realistic starting budget. Five questions produce an immediate price range, without an email address or a sales conversation.

Design, development, testing and launch are included. The application runs inside your company's own Google Cloud project.

Managed Service Standard is paid in advance for 12 months. There is no setup fee. Our team hosts, monitors, patches and backs up the application inside your company's Google Cloud project.
Managed Service With SLA costs £12,000 for 12 months, paid in advance, with a service level agreement for written response times and service credits.
You can choose either plan or appoint your own team to operate the application.
Infrastructure charges come directly from Google at its own rates.
The estimate starts the conversation. It does not replace the work needed to agree a fixed price.

The band starts fifteen per cent below and above the modelled figure. It widens in steps, reaching thirty per cent for larger applications. Five answers cannot settle the details a fixed price needs.
Every estimate allows for risk. Nine or more workflows, three or more integrations, or any data migration apply a higher allowance. The model deliberately takes a cautious view.
The lower end never falls below £8,500. Before that floor is applied, the lower end rounds down to the nearest £500 and the upper end rounds up to the nearest £500.
Very large applications fall outside this calculator's scope and receive no numeric estimate. They need a Fixed-Price Specification first. Structured migration is always excluded from the displayed range.
The final Quotation prices the whole application. We agree it in writing before chargeable development starts and carry the risk of how long that work takes. There is no day rate for you to multiply.
This has the largest effect. A staff tool, a customer portal and a subscription product require different amounts of engineering.
Count the distinct tasks the software supports, including administration screens. Each needs design, implementation and testing.
A simple sign-in adds less work than multiple roles. Permission rules must work in the interface and be enforced on the server.
Integrations introduce both implementation work and dependencies outside our control. Three or more trigger the larger risk allowance.
A simple import adds a defined amount of work. A structured migration needs an assessment of the source system and a separate price.
Design, engineering, testing, setup inside your own Google Cloud project and taking the completed application live.
The prices we quote are the full fees payable to us.
The £1,950 Fixed-Price Specification is paid first and credited if you proceed within six months. Optional ongoing operation, Google's infrastructure charges and licences from other providers sit outside the development range.
Read The Pricing TermsManaged Service Standard costs £2,400 for 12 months, paid in advance, with no setup fee and no size-based increase. It covers hosting, monitoring, managed backups, security patching and unlimited minor updates, completed one at a time. Each update changes existing behaviour and is small enough for about half a working day.
Managed Service With SLA costs £12,000 on the same basis, adding response times in working hours and service credits. Your own team can operate the application instead.
Your company holds the project and billing account. Google charges you at its own rates, with no margin added by us. Usage determines the amount, so it is not included in this estimate.
We set up budget alerts in your project. Google's bill and your usage stay yours to watch. An alert is not a spending cap.
Payment processing, messaging, data feeds and other licensed services have their own suppliers and terms. Their charges continue while you use them. Our specification identifies the services needed before you commit.
We assess these in the specification and include the relevant work in your written Quotation.
We need to inspect the existing system before pricing how its information will move safely into the new application.
Healthcare, finance and other regulated settings can change the design, testing and documentation required. Every regulated application starts with a specification.
An iOS or Android app sharing the same system is priced with the wider application after its requirements are known.
Supplier pricing and usage levels determine these costs. They are identified during specification and never silently folded into this development estimate.
Our published starting price is £8,500; typical applications cost £15,000 to £40,000. Use the five answers to find a more relevant starting range. A Fixed-Price Specification establishes the final amount.
It estimates a custom SaaS application: software made for a business and accessed through a browser. That could be a staff system, a customer portal or a product with subscriptions and billing. We design and build it in house, within a Google Cloud project your company owns.
Managed Service Standard is £2,400 for 12 months, paid in advance. Managed Service With SLA is £12,000 on the same basis and adds written response times. These cover our operational work and its setup, regardless of application size. Any increase requires at least ninety days' written notice. Infrastructure is a separate, direct charge from Google.
The calculation uses only this browser tab. Answers are not transmitted or saved; closing the tab clears them. We receive your answers only if you decide to copy and send them to us.
An application with nine or more workflows, three or more integrations, or structured migration needs a closer assessment. Treat the calculated band as a discussion starting point, not a commitment. Structured migration is priced outside it.
Yes. A workflow may contain more steps than the answer suggests, or an integration may involve unexpected constraints. The specification replaces this estimate with a written price. You see any difference before committing to the application.
£1,950 buys a written specification and a Quotation with a fixed price and delivery date. They are yours to keep. Proceed on that Quotation within six months and the fee is credited in full against the application. If we cannot provide the fixed price and date, we refund the entire fee and you retain the specification.
Ownership of the application passes once its fee has been paid in full. Your company owns the Google Cloud project and its billing account from the outset.
The work behind a feature depends on the rest of the system. Isolated prices for roles or integrations would suggest they were interchangeable extras. The model instead estimates the application as a whole.
No registration, email address or sales call is needed. You can revise the answers repeatedly and contact us whenever the project is ready for discussion.
Tell us what the software needs to do. We reply within one working day and explain the specification step. No application development is charged before you accept its written price.
