Zero-Touch Device Deployment
A new laptop can go straight to the person who needs it and configure itself from the cloud at first sign-in. Our policies reach every laptop and phone we use, and every Google Cloud project we own.
Our devices, identities, email and cloud systems are designed to work together and managed in house. Digital IT is the operating discipline behind our own business, not a service we sell.
The same controls protect our access to Valacia and every bespoke application we build.
We configure the systems ourselves, from a new laptop's first sign-in to the permissions inside our cloud projects.
A new laptop can go straight to the person who needs it and configure itself from the cloud at first sign-in. Our policies reach every laptop and phone we use, and every Google Cloud project we own.
We create, change and remove our own accounts, groups, permissions and administrator roles. Email sits behind the same identity and access rules as the rest of our IT.
Every working device is enrolled and centrally configured before use. Its settings remain under our management until it is retired.
We decide when improvements and security patches are deployed. The rules apply throughout our estate, including the single sign-on route into Google Cloud.
Administrator accounts are kept separate. Each person receives the access their work needs, with multi-factor authentication on every sign-in.
Our internal applications check the person, the device and the sign-in. If a check fails, access stays closed.
The account must belong to someone we have authorised to use that application.
The laptop or phone must be managed by us and meet our device policies.
A second check is required in addition to the password.
We decide which applications can hold company data and apply protection rules inside them. Only our own people hold administrator rights over our devices, accounts and security controls.
Cloud management means the same configuration can follow a device to a desk, a home office or a train. The location changes; the access requirements do not.
One of our directors brought enterprise IT experience to the design of this estate. We retain control of its settings and change them on our own timetable.
Keeping the work in house lets us move from an idea to the devices that need it without waiting for another provider's lead times.
We design and engineer our internal tools, prepare them for the laptops and phones they support, and deploy them from the cloud. People do not have to install each application by hand.
Further improvements follow the same route when they are ready. Build, packaging, deployment and ongoing changes remain under our control.
Anyone on our side who can reach Valacia or your company's project uses an enrolled device and our controlled sign-in system, including its second check.
The software itself runs on Google Cloud, chosen for security and the ability to scale with demand. Our own IT practices support the way we build and manage it.
No. Digital IT describes the way we manage our own technology. Managed IT for other businesses is only being considered, with no date; it is listed on our roadmap. Our current offers are Valacia and bespoke SaaS applications.
The accounts and devices with access to an application form part of its security. We control the devices, identities and permissions our people use to reach Valacia and our customers' Google Cloud projects.
Yes. Valacia is built and managed in house on Google Cloud, using the same enrolled devices, identity system and sign-in requirements.
Describe the software your business needs and whether you would like us to manage it after launch. A person will reply within one working day.
