Yearly payment covers twelve months at the cost of eleven. Both plans include the website, CRM, hosting, security, backups and technical search-engine foundations.
Understand The Trial Before Choosing A Plan
The first website on an email address receives a fourteen-day trial with Business features. No card is requested, and the website uses a valacia.site address.
Trial payments are practice transactions with no real money. Invoices and campaign email go only to you and your staff. A Powered By Valacia badge appears on the website; on a paid plan it moves to the footer and can be switched off.
Choose Pro or Business to connect your own domain. If no plan is selected, visitors see a holding page. We retain the website and its data for fourteen days after the trial ends, then delete them.
Customer access has not opened. These are the published conditions for the product when it becomes available.

The Business card-payment charge is 2.5% + 20p on a standard UK card, including processing and fraud protection. Payments reach your own account; enquiries, bookings without payment and sending invoices have no per-item fee.
Business invoices, receipts, confirmations and marketing messages use your brand assets, with a standard font fallback where an email app cannot display your fonts. A payment made outside Valacia can be marked paid without a payment fee.
A page view counts a page sent to a person or program. Identified search engines and blocked requests are excluded. After the allowance is used, the site continues accepting enquiries and bookings with smaller photographs until the allowance resets or more views are added.
Your account includes its holder’s Management Account Seat. Extra Site Seats, further Management Account Seats and optional page-view additions have separately published charges.
The Rules That Protect Your Price
Any change to the price of an active subscription is notified at least thirty days ahead by email, and you can cancel before it takes effect at no charge; there is one published price list for everyone.
For an annual subscription, an increased price can start only at renewal after the required notice. A period already paid for is not repriced.
Monthly plans have no minimum term or cancellation fee. Cancel using the control in Valacia Studio or by email. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges; paid time is not refunded.
A cancelled website remains published until its paid period ends. We give the date in advance and retain its website and customer information for two years afterwards, with sign-in and export available. You can request earlier deletion.
Features Outside Both Plans
There is no basket or online shop checkout. Card payments belong to bookings and invoices. Reservations made on another booking website must be recorded in Valacia separately.
Email is used for confirmations, invoices and campaigns; text messages are not included. Only supported point-of-sale connections are provided, with no accounting-package, hire-system or supplier-feed integration.
Valacia Studio reports allowance usage, not visitor analytics. The website cannot be exported to a different platform, although customer information and bookings can be downloaded. Neither uptime nor a search ranking is guaranteed.
What Should You Know Before Choosing A Plan?
When Will I Be Charged?
A subscription is paid in advance when you select the plan, then on its monthly or annual renewal date. The trial itself is not charged.
Is Domain Registration Included?
No. You register and pay for your domain with its registrar, in your own name. It can therefore be used with a different provider if you leave.
Can A Sole Trader Use Valacia?
Yes. The product is for businesses, including sole traders and partnerships. It is not a personal-use subscription.
Can My Websites Use Different Plans?
Yes. A separate subscription and renewal date apply to each website, so the same account can contain both Pro and Business websites.
Which Website Pages Are Included?
All websites have home, contact and privacy pages. Business type determines the available optional pages, such as room information, menus, service areas, galleries and accessibility information. Booking and invoice pages are Business features.
Does Business Include My Point-Of-Sale System?
It includes a connection where that system is supported. Tell us which system you use and we will confirm its compatibility in writing within one working day.
