All amounts are in pounds sterling and are the total payable. Domain registration is a separate purchase from your chosen registrar.
Enquiries and bookings continue working after the allowance is reached. Photographs are then limited to 800 pixels wide until the month ends or more views are purchased.
Valacia Studio displays usage, with email notifications at 80% and 100%. Buying the optional extra allowance restores full-resolution photographs within minutes.
A request from a person or program counts when a page is sent. Identified search-engine crawlers and requests blocked by our systems do not count.
For a standard UK card, the 2.5% + 20p charge contains Stripe’s 1.5% + 20p processing fee passed through at cost, plus 1% for Linko Vectis.
For other cards, including cards issued abroad, the charge is the processor’s fee for that card plus the same 1% for us.
There is no charge before starting the trial, no booking commission, no fee for an enquiry and no cancellation charge. Sending an invoice is also free; its payment carries the card fee only when paid through Valacia.
The sign-in holding your websites has no separate charge. Each website has its own plan.
Subscriptions are charged in advance for the month or year ahead. Each website has its own subscription, and its domain is billed by the registrar rather than Linko Vectis.
Site Seats follow the website’s billing cycle. Add one during a monthly period and the next bill includes the remaining part of that period plus the following month. On yearly billing, the remaining part of the year is charged when added.
Further Management Account Seats have their own billing cycle, starting on purchase. Seats remain chargeable whether assigned or unused; you can reassign them without charge. Reducing the number takes effect at renewal.
A payment fee is deducted when a card transaction is made. If a subscription payment fails, we contact you and allow a fair opportunity to resolve it before suspension.
No. There is no commission on a booking, no enquiry fee and no charge to send an invoice. A card transaction has the published payment fee.
A Site Seat grants one person access to one website with selected permissions. A Management Account Seat covers all websites in the account, including plans and seats.
No. The published schedule applies to every customer. Annual subscription billing is the available saving.
Yes, without a minimum term or cancellation fee. An annual subscription continues for the twelve months paid for; already-paid time is not refunded.
